Cashback

The cash back allocated is calculated based on the net amount spent after discounts, store credits, gift cards, cash back and other promotions. It excludes shipping charges. You enjoy different cash back percentages according to your membership tiers. Learn more here.

Sale items are not eligible for earning of cash back. 

The cash back will be credited once your package has shipped and the order marked as complete.

The cash back expires three months from the order completion date. There is strictly no extension of expiry for cash back. 

The cash back is non-transferable and cannot be combined into a single account.

No, the full amount has to be utilised at one go. Alternatively, you can opt to accumulate it for your next order. 

Cash back utilised will not be refunded. We issue store credits for the cash amount spent for returned items.

Items in your cart are not reserved. Your order is only confirmed upon payment during the checkout process. For a smoother checkout experience, we recommend logging into your account prior to carting. 

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed via a secure Stripe payment gateway.

All orders are charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD). The exchange rates on our site only serve as a guide and the final amount billed will be based on the market exchange rate charged by your servicing bank.

Orders are only confirmed upon completion of payment.
Orders will be automatically cancelled after 30 minutes of non-payment.

We encourage you to join the wait list if the item is sold out in your preferred size/colour. This is our way of gauging interest and exploring restock possibilities.

We are not able to combine your orders once payment has been made. Our processes have been streamlined to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible. Please ensure that you have all your desired items in the cart before checkout.

Your email server might have blocked our emails and sorted them to spam.

Please add hello@kindtokind.com.sg to your safe list to ensure you receive our correspondences. You can also access your e-invoice via your user account page when you log in.

Delivery And Self Collection

We offer complimentary courier for local orders consisting of either SGD100 worth of in-stock items, or SGD100 of backorder-ed items. A combination of both product types is not applicable. Do note that sale items are not eligible for this promotion.

Do note that items purchased from our site are shipped by a third party vendor (Ninja Van) pursuant to a shipment contract.

With the exception of Malaysia, international delivery fees are levied based on the total weight of your purchases. The fees will be automatically calculated upon checkout.

Any additional charges on custom fees or taxes (if applicable) at destination post are to be fully borne by customers.

Self collection is available at our office every Tuesday, 11am to 6pm.

It takes three to five working days for us to prepare your order for collection. Please wait for the acknowledgement email prior to coming down.

Backorder-ed (BO) items are not in-stock items.

If you have carted out both BO and instock items, they will be shipped out separately.

BO items will be shipped out at a later date when they have arrived.

You can view the estimated time of arrival of stocks under the product’s backorder tab.

For local addresses, we partner with courier company Ninja Van to deliver all your packages.

Returns And Exchanges

We do not accept size exchanges. You can return the items for store credits which can be used to purchase either the appropriate size or another design you fancy.

Yes, we accept returns for all non-sale items. You can log into your account and head to your order history page to request for a return. Simply follow the instructions to complete the return.

Store credits work just like an e-wallet. They are issued after a return of items. These credits function as cash and enjoy a six-month validity from date of issue.

A gentle reminder that purchases made with store credits would not be eligible for returns.
